Condolences

Condolence From: Allan D. Verch
Condolence: Dear Jean: Karen and I extend our sincerest sympathy and empathy on the passing of your father. Several alumni of the John Conrad school of music have asked me to extend their sentiments and note their continued admiration for you! Your father's notice has stirred up a bit of an e-mail flurry here :-) I can but presume you are playing for Dad on Saturday--break a leg. I'm so sorry for your loss--and as they used to say in the ye olde Verch homestead of Arnprior, "for your trouble." Love from Green Valley, AZ.

Condolence: Hi Jean. I was sorry to hear of the death of your father. 94! What a long life. You may be interested to know that I learned of your father's death through an email from Allan Verch, who now lives in Arizona. I know he frequently checks on news from KW. My sympathies, Jean. It's so hard to lose a parent, no matter what their age, or ours. Libby Uttley Wheeler

Condolence From: Marlene Kuehl & Keith Briscoe
Condolence: We were sorry to hear of Allan's passing. His quick wit and sense of humour brought many laughs. His adventurous nature, well into his 80's, was a marvel and should encourage all of us to get up and do more. There are so many memories that will come back as you think of your father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle that will warm your heart and make you smile.
