Collette Whelan and Jacob Booty

Hi, You don't know me but my son Jacob attends CORE 3 days a week. Jacob and Eric formed a great friendship at CORE. They would talk for hours via video messaging. I had the opportunity to get a word in very now and then. Jake let me know this morning that Eric had passed. This loss is affecting me very deeply today. Eric was a sweet, sweet boy, always so pleasant and so pure. It makes me realize how important and how valuable time is, especially with our children that require that little bit more care. I cannot fathom the pain you are going through. Eric was a bright light in Jacob's life and I know he will miss their talks. I will miss them too. We will be thinking of you in your time of loss. His presence was felt and will continue to be felt for a long time. We will miss him.....xoxo
