Hammel, Delores Marlene (nee Roth)
Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of Darol Hammel. Loving mother of Jody (Lauren), and Jennifer Baker (Rich). Much loved grandma to Avery and Noah Hammel, and Michaela, Kyle and Corey Baker. Dear sister of Wayne Roth (Marjorie), Bob Roth (Cindy Masterson), Peter Roth, Roger Roth, and predeceased by her sister Shirley Leis and brother-in-law Chris Leis. As per Delores' wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener 519-749-8467.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
