"body guard"

My father, Felix and Ramon's father were brothers. Ramon is my first cousin. I first met Ramon when he stayed with us in Malabon while he was in College. Ramon was appointed as my "body guard". Papa and Mama wanted to make sure that I was safe when I went to an extension college in Quezon City so Ramon went with me and stayed in the car while I was in class. He was kind, soft spoken, and patient. He did not complain at all that he had to wait for his "brat" cousin to get out of class. Such a gentle, loving, patient cousin who was reserved. Although we have not been in touch for many years, I remember him and am saddened by his death. I will surely miss Ramon. May he rest in peace.
