Hoch, Pastor Dale
Passed away with family at his side on Friday, November 23, 2018 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on October 19, 2018.

Beloved husband of Edith (nee Wilcox) Hoch for 35 years.

Dear brother of Richard (Mac) Hoch (Phyllis) of Bloomingdale and Sandra Hoch. Dear uncle of Richard (Lee-Anne), Katrina (Jason), Martin (Ashley), Rebecca and Andrew (Kristen). Great-uncle to Chloe, Abigail, Ainsley, Nathan, Gabriel, Tyler.

Dale will also be missed and remembered by Edith's family Melita Fillier (late Freeman), Eric (Eileen), Linister (Naomi), Cecil (Shirley), Stephen (Rona), Pansy Gulley (Joe), Helen Morrison, Kevin (Sharron).
Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Ruth (nee Hoerle) Hoch and his father-in-law Pearce and Louise Wilcox.

Pastor Dale walked tall as a Christian Pastor. He loved to debate anything from old cars, tv shows, and politics. His love for Jesus Christ lead to many theological debates as well discussing salvation and how to walk a path that would please God. His motorcycle was one of his passions and he enjoyed many trips to Lancaster Pa., Tennessee, Frankenmuth and the Canadian Rockies. He built two airplanes and loved to fly. Dale enjoyed many trips which included missions, vacations, shopping trips and visits to his extended family members. Israel was his favorite destination and he followed every news item he could in this interest.

Pastor Dale’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Koinonia Christian Fellowship, 850 Sawmill Road, Bloomingdale.

Interment Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo followed by a reception at the Koinonia Christian Fellowship.
