Mary Jo was the one who helped me sign up for benefits when I came to Laurier 18 years ago, and has helped me with all of HR questions since. She was the go-to person for faculty and staff who had any benefit or pension issues. There wasn't a question she didn't know, or couldn't find, the answer to. She was widely-known for her knowledge, patience, and kindness. She was a wonderful person and I will greatly miss her. My deepest sympathies to her family.
