Passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital at the age of 39.
Beloved mother of Samantha and Alexander O’Farrell. Loving daughter of Karen Montgomery (Paul), and Guido Franchino (Kim). Dear sister of Joseph and Christopher Slavik. April will be missed by her grandmother Nancy Franchino and her aunts, uncles and cousins.
April’s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 6-7:45 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home at 8 pm followed by a reception.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital – Medical Day Care would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
Special thanks to the postal workers who assisted with April’s day to day living and all of her close family and friends for their support.
