Obituary for Albert "Poppy" Keats

Keats, Albert "Poppy":

Passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019 at his home in his 80th year.
Beloved husband and soulmate of the late Susan.
Predeceased by grandson Daniel Jackson.
Loving father of Donna Sipes (Connie) and step-father of 7.
Cherished Poppy of Shannon, Lindsay (Martin) Miron and Jackie Ehmke and great-Poppy of Joshawa-Tyler, Nathaniel and Haylie Benjamin, and Lily, Laura and Logan.
Will be remembered by Ivan Hurley and Don Keats.
Predeceased by parents Helen and James Keats.
Brother to Effie (predeceased) and William.
Will be greatly missed by his many extended family (in Ontario and Newfoundland) and friends.

Poppy was a kind and generous man, willing to help anyone in need. He always saw the good in everyone.

A Celebration of Poppy's Life will be held from 4 - 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the SickKids Hospital would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
