Gibson, Gordon James:

With sadness, the family announces the passing of Gordon Gibson, due to complications of Parkinson's Disease on Friday, November 15th, 2019 at Trinity Village Care Centre at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Jane for 52 years.
Loving father of Tracy (Ken) Astley.
Proud Papa of Zachary and Madison.
Predeceased by his infant daughter, Jennifer, parents, James and Mary, brother, Ken, sister-in-law, Joanne, and brother-in-law, William.

Gordon was an employee of Sears for over 30 years. He was involved with the KW Y's Men's Club at the local, provincial and international level. Gordon was a member of the Kitchener Amateur Radio Club - VE3 NQK. After retirement, he and Jane were able to enjoy travelling together.

A special thank you to Dr. Michael Casey and the staff at Trinity Village - Maple Bush for the care and support shown to both Gordon and his family over the last year.

As per Gordon's wishes, cremation has taken place and a family interment will be held at Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
