Page, Dean "Al" (1943-2019):
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Dean Allen Page in his 76th year. Surrounded by his loving family at Grand River Hospital, Dean passed on Monday, November 11, 2019. Beloved husband of Doreen Page for 51 years. Loving father of Nancy Reynolds (John), Gwenith (Donald Roth), Tracey Surdykowski (Chris), and Cathy Hill (Andy). Cherished grandfather of Shanonne (Ryan), Christopher (Michelle), Alexandra (John), Sophie (Max), Sam, Jake, Sydney (Troy), and Marci (Patrick). Great-grandfather of Austin, Kennedy and Zachary. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Pearl Page, siblings Beth Buchan, Keith Page and parents-in-law Walter and Lenore Kennedy and grandson Lucas Surdykowski. Our sincere thanks to Grand River Hospital, especially Doctors Trussler and Giilck and the 5th floor team of compassionate care givers. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Polish Legion, 601 Wellington St. N., Kitchener, ON, N2H 5L6, Sunday, November 24, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please come share your memories, tears and laughter. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #412 (Polish Veterans) would be appreciated.
