Koebel, Victor:
Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 53. Loving father of Josh. Sadly missed by Dawn MacIntyre. Son of the late Gerry Sr. and Mary Koebel. Dear brother of Rick (Darlene), Randy (Loretta), Dan (late Vicki), David (Cecilia), Theresa (Tino Brito) and the late Gerry. Survived by sister-in-law Lorna. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and their families. Thanks to the staff of the Grand River Cancer Centre, Freeport Rehab, and the nurses and staff of the 5th and 6th floor at St. Mary's Hospital. Special thanks to Process Group for your support and compassion.
Vic's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-9 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2019 and from 12:30-1:15 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service in the Chapel on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre or KW Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
