Obituary for William "Bud" Rich

Rich, Bud William Bramwell
Passed away with family by his side at St. Mary's Hospital on Friday, October 11, 2019 at the age of 81. Beloved husband and best friend of Lauretta for 60 years. Loving father of Michele Miller (Jamie) and Wendy Coolen (Andrew Marquette). Proud Papa of Maya (Will), Sara (Thomas), Taylor (Miranda) and great grandfather of Noah, Madison, Blake, Dean, Treyson and Mayella. Bud was born on historic Signal Hill in St. John's Newfoundland to Bill and Jean Rich. Dear brother of Colleen Maxwell (late Gord), Dale Coles (late Gary) and the late Sandra Brighton, Elizabeth Rich and Gale Rich. Sadly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers in law: Sally (late Doug), Millie (late Brian), Beatrice (Ken), Jackie (late Gil), Maurice (Glenice), Dolena (Murray) and his brother-in-law Steve (Ana). Predeceased by sisters-in-law Josie and Caddy and brother-in-law Ray. Cremation has taken place. Bud's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
