Campbell, Gordon:

Passed away peacefully with family by his side after a short illness on Friday, October 18, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 74.

Loving Dad of Jamie Campbell (Denise), Julie Thaxter (Randal), and Jennifer Diemert (Dean).

Cherished Grandpa to 8 grandchildren Jordon, Timothy, Courtney, Jamie Jr., Ryan Campbell and Brittney, Jaedyn Campbell and Daimien Diemert as well as three great-grandchildren.

He will also be missed by the mother of his children Marg Campbell (Nee. Hehn) and her family.

Lovingly remembered by his sister Donna Wilson and her family and his brother Douglas Campbell (Mary) and his son Tony and daughter Tracey and her two children, and sister-in-law Marg Campbell.

Predeceased by his parents James and Hilda Campbell, his brother Ron Campbell, and his nephew Rodney Campbell.

Gordon was a long time employee of Pillers Meats. He was a happy camper of Pine Echo in Belmore. He always enjoyed meeting his friends for coffee at Tim Hortons and to play cards.

Gordon's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, and from 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2723 Victoria St. N., Breslau, Ontario with reception to follow back at the funeral home.
