Erdman, Karen (nee Harding)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Innisfree House in Kitchener on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the age of 73, after a 9 month battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Clare Erdman of 52 years. Cherished mother of Dave Erdman (Melissa). Loving grandmother to Lily and Ivy Erdman who were the apples of her eye. She will be sadly missed by brother John Harding (Marilyn) and cherished by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Florence Harding, and her sister Lora Jackman (Donald). Karen’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, on Tuesday, June 25th for a visitation from 12-12:45 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Reception to take place in the fellowship hall. Private interment to take place later in the day. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Innisfree House or Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
