Obituary for Tom Adkins

Adkins Tom:
Passed away at home on Monday, January 14, 2019 at age 93. Father to Tanny Adkins (Glen Stemmler) of Kitchener, Thom Adkins (Rosemary Teliatnik) of Simcoe and Anne Adkins of B.C. Proud grandfather to four beautiful girls, Jules Hare (Phil Gorman) of Kitchener, Sacha Adkins (Nick Hambleton) of Toronto, Kelly Anne DeChantal (Alex) of B.C. and Kendra Asleson (Rob Dewar) of Australia. Great-grandfather to Hayden and Terra Gorman, and Mara DeChantal. Survived by twin sisters Pat Leonard and Kaye Ayres. Past member of the K.W Racquet Club and Westmount Golf Club, he was an accomplished Engineer responsible for many large building projects throughout the Region as a partner at Walter Fedy. He learned to fly during the war and raised the Air Force flag proudly thereafter. Visitation will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. and story sharing 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
