Passed away suddenly and peacefully on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 83.

Beloved husband of Ludmilla Betke for 60 years.
Loving father of David Betke and Sandra and her husband Don Schwartzentruber.
Cherished Opa of Destinee.
Survived by his sister-in-law Lydia, his nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his son Richard and his brothers; Theodor (Talita), Eric, Herbert (Norma) and Arthur (Elsie).

Adolf's family will receive relatives and friends from 1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, immediately following the visitation, at 3:00 p.m. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery, followed by a reception at the funeral home.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hope Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
