DEMERS, Sandra Yvonne:
Passed away peacefully with family by her side, at Lanark, on December 13, 2018, in her 77th year.
Daughter of the late John Melville Dickson and Ruth May Uttley. Beloved wife of Francois Demers.
Loving mother to Christine Harkness (George), Penny Sutcliffe (Martin), Mark Martin and Timothy Martin. She will be warmly remembered by siblings, Roger Dickson (Laura), Richard Dickson (Shirley), Darlene Simmons (Bob) and Linda George. Loved and remembered by her grandchildren Steven, Melanie, Rebecca, Nigel, Candace, Alexander, Melissa, Crystal, TJ and partners and many great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Lanark LTC team for the excellent care of Sandra.
Sandra was a long time employee at J.M. Schneider working in food service.
Sandra was kindhearted, very affectionate and radiated warmth. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. Her gift of memories will bring us peace.
Cremation has taken place.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Private family gathering will take place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
