Condolence: Very sad to hear of the passing of an old neighbor. As a kid, I lived across the street from Dave and was constantly over bugging him as he worked on his many cars. He was always kind, friendly, and patient with me. He even gave me my first ride on his motorcycle when I was five. A memory I still cherish. They say you can't pick your neighbors, but honestly, with Dave and his family, I couldn't have picked better ones.
