Very sorry to hear of your families loss. It is with great sadness that I share in your grief... I have many fond memories of Shirley during my visits. She was always there to lend a hand, and share the Love in her heart. It has been a few years since we have been in touch, but I have enjoyed seeing the many facebook posts of her visiting and enjoying her time spent with family. Our Thoughts are with you all during these difficult times.

Uncle Dexter and family; So sorry to learn of the passing of Aunt Shirley. From her visits home to Nova Scotia, I have fond memories of a warm, caring, funny and down to earth lady. Later, I got to know her very well during my stay in Barrie with Mae and Bill. A tiny, spunky lady with a big heart and made you felt like you knew her all her life. My mother, Hilda, always thought the world of her. My sincere condolences to all of you.

I am sad to hear of the loss of your mom.
Your mother was one of the BEST mom's in our old neighborhood - not only to you but to all of us - your friends! I always admired her upbeat personality, wit and patience. She was funny, kind and generous.
Your mom leaves a wonderful legacy to all who knew her and she was certainly one of the bright threads on my tapestry of life.
You did good Shirley - real good!!!
