Passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 11th, 2018 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 87. Loving mother of Mike (Pauline), Yvan (Lynn) and Robert (deceased) Couture. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Mitch) Doucet, Samantha and Zachary Couture and great grandmother of Kayla and Siera Doucet. Born in Kapuskasing and raised in Smooth Rock Falls in northern Ontario, Jeannette built two businesses with her husband while raising her children. In 2002 she moved to Waterloo to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Private cremation entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home 519-749-8467. As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Jeannette may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Grand River Hospital Foundation- Cancer Centre (cards available at the funeral home).
