Passed away on Tuesday, September 11th, 2018 at Freeport Health Centre at the age of 71.
Andy's family & friends will hold a small graveside service at Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd. Kitchener, ON N2A 2G8) at 10:30am on Wednesday September 26, 2018.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
