Obituary for LouAnn Jones (Kraemer)

Jones, LouAnn (nee Kraemer):
Passed away on Wednesday, July 11th, 2018 at Freeport Hospital in her 70th year after a lengthy battle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Brian and her daughter Erika. Her legacy continues with her daughters Alicia (Greg Wehrle) and Laura (Corey Wehrle), her step children Ken and Chris, and her grandchildren Ethan, Eric, Poppy, and Gus.
Today, there has been a great reunion in heaven. She is greatly admired for her strength, spirituality, and her love of gardening. She will be fondly remembered for her ultimate ambition to ensure that all clash wars are won and the crosswords are done. We love you. DDTWID.

Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date, which will be communicated through LouAnn's Facebook page.
In lieu of expressions of sympathy, we know that Mom would like you to honour her by embracing your loved ones and reminding them that they are loved and valued.
