Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. I've only known Ruth since 2012 when she started coming into the City to get her rental license. From the day we met she made such an impact on my life. She was such a beautiful vibrant soul. I so looked forward to seeing her every year. She will be greatly missed.
