Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Freeport Hospital surrounded by family in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Victor. Loving mother to Anthony "Tony" (Ruby), Timothy and David (Joie). Yerca will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Denis, Melissa, Kevin, Samuel and Zoë. Great-grandma to Logan. Dear sister of Lenka (John) Drolc and Andre (Teja) Kukovica.

Yerca's family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will take place at 8:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony Daniel Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July, 24th. (29 Midland Dr., Kitchener). Followed by a burial at Woodland Cemetery. Reception to take place following the burial at The Sava Club (50 Scheifele Place, Breslau, ON, N0B 1M0)

As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care Unit (Donations can be made at the funeral home).
