Boettcher, Friedrich "Fritz"
After a long struggle with COPD Fritz can now breathe easily. He passed away at St. Mary's General Hospital on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Brigitte for over 64 years. Loving father of Jutta Holl (Rudy). Proud "Opi" of Alexandra Rallis (Sean) and great-grandfather of Jillian Rallis. Survived by his sister Maria Luecke and sister-in-law Irmgard Boettcher. Predeceased by his brother Kurt Boettcher. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families.
Friedrich's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Private interment at Woodland Cemetery.
