Santos, Baby Lucas Daniel:
Passed away in the loving arms of his mom and dad on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Cherished son of Daniel and Jaime Santos.
Treasured brother to Vera Lynn Santos.
Forever in the hearts of his grandparents Debbie and Robert Briere and Maria Alda Rocha and great-grandparents Doris and Gerard Briere.
He will be remembered by his uncle and aunts Alexander and Victoria Briere, Rosalinda Rocha and Joanne Rocha and their families.
Cremation has taken place.
Lucas' family will receive relatives and friends from 6 - 8 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will be shared at 7:15 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sinai Health Foundation - Infant Loss Program would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
