Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Febuary 27, 2018 at St.Mary's Hospital.

Beloved wife of Zathao Xiong. Loving mother to Kia and Zoua Xiong.

Chong will be greatly missed by sister-in-law, May Thao Xiong, predeceased by brother-in-law Song Cheng Xiong and predeaceased by sister-in-law, Tchong Vang Xiong.

Loving Aunt to Lou Xiong and wife, Bong Yang and their children, Jessie, Darah, April, Joshua and Simong; Doua Xiong and wife, Tzher Vang and their children, Tommy, Jonathon, Allen, Lily, Max and Emma; Se Xiong and wife, Xe Yang and their children, Samantha, Alex, Charisma and Ellowynne; By Xiong and wife, Yee Khang and their children, Eve, Ryosuke, Rayce and Ronin; Souk Xiong and wife Yua Yang; Lat Xiong and GerPaul Xiong, Thay Vang and husband Shoua Toua Vang and their children, predeceased by Charlie Vang, Barry Vang and family, James Vang and family, Steven Vang and family, Pla Vangsok and family and Sheng Vang and family; Lao Vang and husband Chong Vang and their children, Nebrula, Leng, Angela, Pheng, Christina, Chi Long, Maria and Fei Hong; Tong Xiong Herr and husband Feu Herr and their children, Brian Herr, Victoria Herr and family, Christopher Herr and Alanna;Yia Xiong and husband Gavin Sadhu and their children, Sydney and Jasmine; Cher Vang and husband Meng Vang and their children, Michael, Eric and Philip; Lee Xiong Mua and husband Tong Mua and their children, Zack, Pierce, Logan and Arrianna.

Chong's family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March, 12, 2018, with a procession to Parkview Cemetery to follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (donations can be made at the funeral home).
