Kochis, Mary Ellen (nee Beitz):
Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Thursday, February 1st, 2018 at the Village at University Gates in her 95th year.
Loving mother of Dave (Terrie) and Diane (Paul) Aube.
Cherished grandma of Melissa (Craig), Murray (Cassandra), Lisa and Danna.
Great-grandma of Ava, Hailey, Jude, Felix, Ezra and Wynter.
Survived by her sister, Elizabeth, and her sisters-in-law, Marva, Annie and Ina.
Predeceased by her husband, Joe, and her brothers, John, Jim, George, Ed and Roy.

A special thank you to all the staff on the Matthews floor for their compassion and care of Mary Ellen during her stay.

Mary Ellen's family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. Aloysius R.C. Church 11 Traynor Ave. Kitchener, Ontario N2C 1W1 on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
