Passed away at home on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Ken for over 51 years. Loving mother of Karen (Darius), Rob (Connie) and Shaun. Proud Grandma of Sara (Coleton), Ben and Matthew. Daughter of the late Henry and Florence Arand. Survived by 6 sisters and 5 brothers. Predeceased by 1 sister and 7 brothers.
Verna's family will receive relatives and friends from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 and from 12-12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery.
