Obituary for Fred Abbott

Abbott, Frederick Arthur;
Frederick Arthur Abbott of Kitchener passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Freeport Hospital.
He was born to the late George and Ivy Abbott on November 26, 1936 in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He was a resident of Kitchener for the last several years.
Fred is survived by his sisters Jean of Cannington, Barbara of Lindsay, Ruth of Richmond Hill and Doris of Kitchener and several nieces and nephews.
Fred will be fondly remembered by his many friends and neighbors whom he loved dearly.
Cremation has taken place at Fred's request. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Fred appreciated the care provided by the staff at Grand River and Freeport Hospitals for which we are thankful. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener 519-749-8467.
