On Thursday, October 17, 2019, Tom closed Heaven's halo shop to celebrate the arrival of his wife Joanne.
There to greet her were her parents, Warren and June Ovens, brother Warren and sister Jinni.
Also in attendance were Tom's parents, Tony and Gerry Wenzel, son Michael, brother Jim, aunts, uncles and several cousins.
Still earthbound are Joanne's daughter, Luanne Weishar, grandchildren Megan Weishar (Sam), and Jacob Weishar (Paige) and great-granddaughter Everly; son Jason Brown and his partner Michelle Rhody, and sister Judy Downs and her family.

Joanne's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, with a service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
