Jagas, Magda

Passed away peacefully at her home, on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at the age of 94.

Devoted wife of Stjepan (1994).
Loving mom of Darinka Miksic (Vlado 1997) and Debbie Courtney (James).
Proud Baka of Mirjana, Nino (Ivanka), Tristan and Nikolai and great-grandma of Vladimir, Roman and Antonia.
Dear sister of Ivan Listar (Anna).
Predeceased by parents Martin and Ana Listar, brothers Stevo and Mijo and sister Dora.
Magda will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews, especially Frank (Kathy) Cavlovic, Lili (Johnny) Mikuljan, Biserka Najcler and the rest of her extended family and friends.

A special thank you for all the support from the ParaMed staff and Fra Miro for his visits and prayers and all our special neighbours and friends. Magda worked at Kaufman Footwear for over 20 years and she was a longtime member of Holy Family Croatian Church.

Magda's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 with Holy Rosary at 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Croatian Church, 180 Schweitzer St., Kitchener on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with interment at Woodland Cemetery, Fra Miro Grubisic OFM officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Holy Family Croatian Church, Innisfree House or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
