VENETTE PADDEN (nee REINHART):

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Winston Park at the age of 104.
Venette is predeceased by her beloved husband Tom, her dear son Tom Jr. and dear grandson Sean Padden. Loving mother of Dan (Sharon) of Orton and Mary Howes of Picton.
Cherished Grandmother to Michael Taylor (Danielle), Christopher Howes (Jennifer), Beau Howes (Genieve) Maureen Padden (Michael Fox), Chad Gregory (Cathy), and Laura Pethick (Rob).
Loving Great-Grandmother to Jack, Shylo, Rhyse, Ethan, Katie, Erik, Ryan, Gavin, Caitlyn, Chloe and Avery. Dear sister to Fr. Boniface Reinhart O.F.M. Conv. and Margaret Sabiston and sister-in-law to Bernie Reinhart. Predeceased by father Edward Reinhart, mother Emma (Scherrer), and siblings Dorothy, Mary, Jim, Edgar and Wilbur.

Venette, a woman of strong faith, was an active member at St. Francis Church, many prayer groups and the Catholic Women’s League. We will all miss her many prayers. Venette will be fondly remembered by her family, her friends and her peers at Winston Park.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 8:30 p.m. at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St Francis Catholic Church, 49 Blueridge Ave., Kitchener. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Reception in the church hall following the burial.
